I have been thinking about Girder plugin for a while but I have had so many other things to do...
Today I was being contacted by a person who was interested in working on Girder plugin so we'll have to wait and see what is coming.

Hi, I am new to LCDInfo, since I only recently got a GLCD (KS0108). I am impressed with what I saw so far, I only have one thing I would like to see implemented: With a combination of Girder and jalcds I can determine within Girder what is displayed, I can change the screen config on the fly and I can parse girder variables into jalcds. One example is an Menu shown on the LCD and acted in Girder. Will we be able to parse any external variable into LCDInfo, either via environment variables, or even better like in jalcds with a TCP/IP interface? Sorry, I am a hardware hack, not a programmer.... |
