I have some code that interfaces to ICQ & MSN Instant messanger if there is a need, I can use this for a plug in??

So if you already can read the data from ICQ and MSN that you'd like the plugin to show then it shouldn't be very difficult to make it as a plugin.

If you need help with this then either write to the SDK forum or email me.

Just downloaded the new icq sdk. Will play with it this week... hopefully a plugin by friday :)
