I picked up two of these displays on e-bay.
Following the wiring diagram posted on this forum, I tried connecting the display this past weekend. Needless to say - unsuccessful!
So I have a two part question - How do I make sure the display is not faulty. The documentation says to "hold T0 to low". What does this mean?
Next, what should I expect as soon as I power on the PC or load the LCD info program, should I see backlight?

Backlight 8) . Nothing happens when you power on the VFD, until you startup LCDInfo.
Make sure your VFD is powered and connected to LPT before you turn on your PC.
Check the driver configuration in LCDInfo, and recheck your wiring a couple of times.
You do need to 'make' some screens otherwise nothing will happen :?
