This is the display? http://www.planar.com/products/docs/IBU ... finlux.pdf These are not compatible with the USB13700. But there is something planned based on the USBD480 platform that could probably also drive these Planar displays. The USBD480 is based on a FPGA so it's relatively easy to make it drive these less common interfaces. It's not currently the highest priority project as there might not be that much use for a specialized controller like this. But if anyone else is interested in that kind controller then knowing that there would be potential users can help push the project forward. Quote: and where can i buy the USB13700
To buy USB13700 you can use the contact information here and tell what you would like to buy and where it should be shipped to get more information: http://www.lcdinfo.com/contact.html Some basic information is available in the Ordering section here: http://www.lcdinfo.com/products/usb13700.html |

At this time I'm not aware of any specific suitable controller board for that Planar display that would work for your needs. |

Some Planar EL displays have been tested using the USBD480 with custom FPGA configuration as a controller now. Here are adapter boards that have been designed to be mounted on top of the existing USBD480 board: And then slightly different one that would mount directly to the connector of the display: |
