Hi,

is it possible to implement some formating variables and other stuff?
What i need is:
1. alignment --> center: to center text on the display
right: to align it on the right side
left: to align it on the left side

2. fixed --> fix text to a possition. Its not very to align text with spaces.
align text left/right from a position

3. calc --> to calculate MB or Time or something else.
(if its already implementet, say me please HOW.

4. Drivenames
Driveusage(c:\)..... (all)
Drivefree(all)
Drivestotal ---> total diskspace

and something on the website

5. a config/image pool ? 4 users to see what can they do and how.

I hope its not to much and anybody else wants it too

I don't think these are very easy to implement with the current system but I've been thinking of rewriting it so that every object in the display could be set up individually instead of the current lines system.

I've been thinking about his but it needs some rewriting of certain parts of the code first.

These should be possible when I have some time to do them.

What do you mean with this ?

You can find something here: http://www.skippari.net/lcd/lcdinfo_user_pic.html
This should get better when the new website comes.

Hi Henri,

with "and something on the website " i mean point 5.

Yes, a complete (bugfree ;) ) list of all commands were usefull.
(if searched for the inet ip and i found "omaip" (???) in the feature list.
"extip" is not in the list.....).

Better documentation about the features is coming to the new website and the plan is to make it based on the next LCDInfo version as it has some changes and many new features.

I don't want to give any release dates as everything depends of how much time I have for doing it.

I was working on many new features based on the old core but then I realized that I don't really like how it works and decided to rewrite some things. I made a new graphics handling that should allow for more flexibility, increase speed and make it easier to add new features. I have now pretty much written the T6963C, KS0108 and Noritake800 drivers for the new version (support for 8x8 font with T6963C is still missing but it shouldn't be too hard to make). Ok, then I decided that I don't really like the text handling either so I'm currently working on that.

And if everything goes well the input data collecting will be plugin based in the next version.
