Post subject:  LCDInfo accesses internet when launched
Using v0.3.2 and works fine except...

I have a problem that program attempts to connect to Internet when launched. I have looked through the .ini files but see nothing.

I have a screen 24 showing up in the VLCD??


Any help would be great. :o

If you have Enable=0 under [Pop3] and [ExternalIP] in the LCDINFO.INI it shouldn't try to access internet.

I've also noticed the "screen 24" bug, but I've no idea what causes that or how to fix it. But this shouldn't cause any trouble in normal use ? In the next version all these are rewritten.

I checked both, in fact I checked all and nothing is enabled that would cause it to connect.

I reloaded the LCDinfo.ini file fresh from the zip file and same problem.

Strangely, I modified it due to display size etc. but the file never got saved with a new date/time.

This makes me think there is some sort of a bug in the Config program in the way it saves the new file.

Hmm, wonder what I'm missing now with the net access. :( I wasn't able to reproduce that on my computer.

Also I tried the config program and when I pressed the "Save settings" button the LCDINFO.INI date and time changed.
