I got everything running and Enabled the External IP Function in the LCDInfo.ini. But when I write it in my screen file $extip§, it always show "unknown" on the Display ...What is Happening there????? If I go on whatismyip.com it shows the external one there , so with the site everything should be ok , does somebody got an idea???? |

LCDInfo shows "Unknown" when it hasn't yet got the current IP from whatismyip.com. Sounds like that for some reason LCDInfo can't access net or something... Which LCDInfo version are you using ? It's so long since I've used the 0.3.2 or 0.4 versions that I can't anymore remember when this feature was added. If there's some other feature in your LCDInfo version that gets information from internet you could try if that works and report the results here. |

ich schreib mal auf deutsch also wenn ich deine frage richtig verstehe , wolltest du die local ip im display sehen. falls ja musst du $localip$ in der ini schreiben. falls nicht dann solltest du in der ini $extip§ (falls dies kein schreibfhler hier ist) in $extip$ um ändern. |
