Hallo!
Ich found a Display on Ebay, but I don't know if this is compatible to your Software. Only this information is given abot the chips in the auction:

sec n001a ks0108b
sec n001a ks0107b
pg12864lru-ann-k qc ok 00428z

Perhaps anybody can help me? Or does anybody know if there is a software for this kind of display?

Location: Lappeenranta, Finland
It seems to have the KS0108 and KS0107 chips so it is compatible with LCDInfo. Without pinout information it can be difficult to make the wiring.

EDIT:
Oh yes, you also told the model in your post. That should reveal something about the pinout with some searching.
