- transitions from screen to screen with effects (scrolling or fade in/out or ...)



one asks:

can i use more then 10 screen with lcdinfo ?

Should be possible to program these. Only that they will be much more CPU hungry than with character modules.

I've been planning a rewrite of the screen drawing code that would hopefully make it easier to implement things like this.

Not in the 0.3.2 version. In the next version there will be screen presets which you can use to change between different configs on the fly.

I can also increase the maximum number of screens in one config. How much would you need ?

I think 20 would be good.


still one asks:

if I start LCDinfo, a window is opened with the program.
it would not be better, when it starts only in taskbar and I open the window if I it need?
sorry, but me disturbs it to have to always close the window.

I just realized that the maximum amount of screens in the 0.3.2 version is already 20. Just add more screens to the ini and it should work.
