I've been toying with the textfile feature recently and I think I've found a bug.

When I'm trying to print the following line to the screen nothing appears.

Graphic0=text(5,50,0,$textfile(c:\tst.txt,1)$)

Text file containing text on the line 1.

I'm not sure if this is even supposed to be working or being already mentioned somewhere else.

Line0=$textfile(c:\tst.txt,1)$)

This works well. I think it could be those ( ) insidse the $ signs that are messing it up.

I tried different combinations, some even print error to the the screen this one leaves the space empty. I tried it also inverted.

Thanks for telling about this bug.

It's definately because of those () signs inside $ signs. I haven't tested doing this myself so I didn't notice it before. Neither did I think about it while writing the code. :(

But this can be solved. I'll have to think if I'm going to make some changes to the syntax or make it work with the current syntax.

This same problem probably affects all variables that are given parameters like $disksize()$ etc.

This should be working now in the current development version. Of course there may still be some situation where it isn't working but if one is found I'll try to fix it.
