I have a Nokia 2280(CDMA), n wanted to connect its LCD to paralell port. Can someone please help with the controller used in this LCD or any working circuit.

That will give you pin outs and applicable voltages
Volts IO = 1.8v
Volts to power LCD 2.78v

Schematic calls out LCD as DMS03214 but this may be a dead end if it is a nokia reference number.

The controller part is harder if you cannot read it from the device on the LCD assy.

This LCD is 96x65 and also used in Nokia 3510. If you discover the controller type, please post it back here.

I downloaded all docs and just found few informations about the LCD:

" RH-17 uses a 96x65 monochrome display. Dimensions for the display are 38.4 mm x 37.6 mm x 1.6 mm, with an active area of 31.15 mm x 24.78 mm. "
" LCD is controlled by UI SW and control signals.
Booster capacitor ( C302 1 uF ) is connected between booster pin ( Vout ) and griund. The capacitor stores boosting voltage."

Nothing more. I was thinking that the 3310 LCD and 2280 LCD was the same model, but the resolution is different. Does anyone know if the pinout is the same for both models? ( nokia 2280 has 8 pins ) The 2280 LCD it looks like the 3310 LCD very close.
