Hi,

I'm looking for a easily obtainable LCD from cell phone for one project.
It should have:
- resolution 320x240 or something similar but not as low as 128x128 (it must be able to display some text)
- well known and documented controller
- 256 colors or more
- parallel interface
- touch panel would be a great bonus

I've found several phones which should be OK for me e.g. Nokia 6270 6280 6288 5300 6233 6234 7370 E50 - those LCD are quite cheap, you can buy them everywhere and I found their LCD pinouts. But I'm unable to find any info about used chip
No idea if it has chip from ILI, SED or other...
If it may help they have following Nokia part numbers 4850847 and 4850881. But it don't help google to find more details.

I even found that Sony Erricson W980 has LDS343 chip but.... there is no datasheet on the web

Can anybody help me?
