Hey guys
Well. I have an HP pavilion ze4540us notebook. On the left side (and vertically in the middle) of the screen there is a black shadow in there... Everything in that area looks a little bit darker, specially when the screen displayed is white or black.
So, what might the problem be??!
I bought this unit like 3 months ago =\

I you have warrenty replacement faciliyt from your dealer , send it to dealer for warrent replacement, if not you have to chang your LCD

I think this happens when part of the backlight gets damage. I've seen pics of it on other LCD's.

The damaged area appears slightly darker than the rest of the screen.
