Hello, I have to design a logic probe with an LCD using 8051 micro. The probe is to indicate the logic levels of 0-15v and also show frequency of the waveforms and display of the waveforms measured. I have trouble finding a graphic LCD and I would like to ask if you have anything to suggest. I need something simple to program and connect to the rest of system and not too expensive.

Hope this ain't much too ask. Thanks in advance.

I presume you are looking for displays in Finland ? I think T6963C should be rather simple controller to program. Have you thought of what size display you would need ?

Here's a place in Finland where you can get graphics lcds:
http://www.saunalahti.fi/~pri/lcd.htm
Price for 128x64 display is 58e and for 240x128 140e.

I have one unused 240x128 T6963C display with negative voltage circuit and temperature compensation. I think the price would be <100e. The display has LED backlight. Email me if you are interested.

Ah, so you're not from Finland. You got me fooled with your nick ;)
Unfortunately I don't know where to get displays outside Finland. Maybe you could check farnell and other distributors.
