Now I've got 3-4 rows that are not working at all.

You mean graphical rows ?

Maybe there is some contact problem in the rubber between the lcd glass and the pcb. This usually seems to be the problem when something like this is seen.

I have had this happen with a 240x128 display myself and after disassembling the glass from the pcb and putting together it was working again. But sometimes there may be some problem realigning the everything after it is disassembled. I didn't have this kind problems but I have heard that it might happen.

Hey Henri.
Thanx. That was it. I pressed the display down while power was on and it help. So I took a tool and pressed it down permanently. Now I can do some software work
