I've got a couple being prototype right now. Should have them back in about another 2 weeks or so.

Got my prototype board back, looks great (now, hopefully it will work  ) Need to populate it with all the parts, but should hopefully have something functional by the end of the week. Sorry it's taken so long.

Got the controller built and tested.

And a quick test screen...

Had some minor problems with the board (hence the blue wire and some cut traces) but now it work great.

Hey one-zero -

That's excellent work ! Looks very cool, good to see that old LCD come to life. Let me know when you have some available - I would of course like to buy one from you.

I'll probably start another thread with a poll to see who else might be interested. That way I can get an estimate so I can get all the parts at once (a little cheaper that way).

Hah (damn)

So far looks like I'm the only one to voted in the poll.

Heh.

Let EIO and Apollo and others know about it. They may pick it up.

Anyway, let me know if you'll have extras available, and how much you want for one :)

The cost is $55/ea. I think I put that up on the polls (I hope). I'll even sell you a 480x64 with backlight (same as I used) for $5 if you get them both together

Cool. I'm assuming that's populated ? If so, I'll take two of them, along with one of your backlit displays. I have one older LM211 here, no backlight, and a couple of projects these would be perfect for.

Paypal OK ?

Yes, completely assembled. I just sent out to have some more made ( with corrections  ), so will let you know as soon as I get them back. Paypal will be fine, and thanks.
