I'm confused... You said you think you can use your display for fun... But then you ask someone here for all the information you need. What do you base your original thought on whether you can or can't use it on?
Anyway...
Firstly, work out what the controller in the display is... It might be compatable with the 5110 displays using the PCF controllers. There are posts on those displays around these forums, some with pictures, and schematics.
Mean aren't I? Making you actually do some research.
