| Post subject: | Info on DS20021 Graphic display using NEC D6308A chips? |
Anyone got ANY info on either the display or the chip? Display has 18 pins plus 2 for the backlight. Came out of Micro-Palm 4000 hand held PCs which had died. Searched the web and got nothing (except for a Nissan part with exactly the same number....) nor any data on the NEC controller chips. I have 2 of these so would much appreciate anything which would help me use them. Thanks |
