http://www.braemac.co.uk/displays.htm - these guys sell it , t6963c but no datasheet, you will have to ask them nice for it.

Thanks a lot for replying.

Finally I found it on the Datavision Site :www.datavision.com.tw
screen : DG-24128-01
The french Reseler Electronique Diffusion (www.electroniquediffusion.com)
sell this screens for 15€ !

Now my problem is that this LCD have only a Vee pin and no Vo.
How can I do to !
