Hi all, Have just picked up an LCD (not for my computer... but) and can't find a schematic for a controller. I guessed this would be the place to ask!! Any one heard of the V7001 - 220 made by ITT semiconductors? (Who now have been taken over... of course)

Would be most greatful for the pin out... looks like it only uses 5 lines including power.

Cheers all

I guess it can be difficult to find information on this kind displays especially if they are older and not very widely used.

reviving an old thread..
Did you ever found a datasheet for the ITT 7001-220 part ? Or an equivalent part ?
I know it's an lcd driver & multiplexer.. but not much more..
