Don't know of any newer mother boards with an internal header. I think you would have to look at an older AT style motherboard to get that info.

And there might be some differences in the internal header pinouts so I think it would be safest if you can get the pinout from your cards documentation.

Isn't there any pinout included with the card ? Or then the cable from which you could trace it ?
