I'm got this lcd from canon fax l3300i ,But,I don't have any information for this lcd.

You could try tracing the pinout to the connector with the help of the column and row driver IC datasheets.

I can help you a little by telling you that the 4xM5260 chips are row-by-column drivers. But it also looks like there are shift registers on there. It's gonna take a lot of work to figure that one out because there isn't a single-chip controller on it.

Can't be 100% certain, but I think someone else had a copier display that used the HD61830 controller (LC7981 compatible). Hard to say for sure though, but with only 8 pins, very possible it will use the LC7981/HD61830.
You don't happen to still have the rest of the copier, do you?
