I'd put a 10k pot there between Vcc and ground with wiper going to the contrast connection. Does your module require negative voltage for contrast? |

No it doesn't, I've got help from coorz on another forum, my schematic was almost right, just missed one pot. I've soldered it together for 2 days ago, and it works just perfect
