Hello I'm new on this forum and I'd like to know if the display GU256x64D-3900 from noritake is supported by a software and do I need a special controller like the planar EL displays? because I'm in the process of buying one to plug on my computer thank you very much |

The 3900 Noritakes are not supprted by LCDinfo, though Henri has a 3900 i believe he did not yet write a driver for it. LCDStudio does support the 3900, but only in the 256x128 resolution. However later not yet public builds do support others like yours. And no you do not need a controller, as the Noritake has that onboard. |

Henri did write a driver for it, but I don't think it was in the public release. |
