i started to build an lcd by using this (http://www.moddingtech.de/content.php?c ... &page=glcd) tutorial.
the wiring should be correct and exact.
now to my problem:

the lines 3 to 6 are shown in black.

line1 displays the content of line1, line3 and line5 at the same time.
line2 displays the contect of line2, line4 and line6 also at the same time.
(noticed by passing the test from your program with '#')

line7 + 8 are working correct

could it be damaged or caused by a software mistake ?

Do you have your parallel port mode set to ECP/EPP ? Usually that gives the best results.

Some kind wiring problem (noise/interference) might be possible also. This could cause problems with timing.

New LCD modules are very seldom broken but of course something may happen while handling the module but my guess would be that your lcd module is fine and the problem is somewhere else.

The parallel port mode settings can usually be found in the BIOS.
