Hello, i have this a lcd based on t6963c 240*128 and i am currently trying to connect it.
The pinout is just like that:

I made a circuit based on this one diagram, of course some connections are not exactly the same but i am based on it:

I applied at the pin "FS" #19 straight 5V from the computer psu,as the diagram says, for some seconds.It started coming out a bit of smoke,the line on the pcb started becoming black. Is there any chance to have destroyed my lcd?Should i put any kind of resistor?

thats bad, if there was smoke it can be dead, but im not sure, my knowledge about this is not enough to say for sure.
but yes it is possible, you say you did not connected the same way, maybe because of that there was some sort of problem, If you could give the exact design of how you connected maybe someone else can check better than me

I connected again the lcd without that pin,and i get this picture.The same happens when i connect another similar lcd that i have.Any ideas?Lets hope that does not mean it is damaged!
