Hi! I got this display few days ago, and I'm trying to find out how to connect it with my computer.

There are three Hitachi HD61105 chips, and LA5316 chip on board.

I think there is also some kind of inverter, the little board, it's Sharp LM000107.

I found some information with the screen:

1 Vref = -15V
2 Vee = -24V
3 D3
4 D2
5 D1
6 D0
7 Vee
8 GND
9 +5V
10 CL2(DOT CLOCK)
11 CL1(LINE CLOCK)
12 DI(FRAME)

That's all I found. I think I need to build a controller for it? Any ideas?

Here are some pics:

You need a controller for that. I don't know what the resolution of the display is but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out when there is a controller.

I have some controller boards that happen to have that exact pinout and also a 12 pin FFC connector that should fit your lcd. It also includes the negative voltage generation circuitry. So with that it should be easy to use this display. Picture of the board here: http://www.skippari.net/forsale/

Or if you're into some embedded stuff check the ADS board from the link. I also have an interface board for that which has this same 12 pin FFC connector.

Okay I need to take a look at those.

Is there any way to test display without the controller? Because I'm not sure if it works, so controller will be useless if it doesn't :/

There isn't an easy way to test these lcds without controller.

But let's move this discussion to email and I think we can make an arrangement that works for both of us.
