Recently I got a 128 x 128 dot graphic lcd panel from ebay. The LCD and datasheet can be found here: http://maverickelectronic.com/lcds.html
One question I have is that it has 4 Chip select lines, most panels I have seen only have two. Does this require extra logic? Or can it run from two chip select lines?

From what I can tell it's the same as a Displaytech 64240A

Using only 2 CS line will only allow you to access two of the 4 KS0108 ie any pair of 64x64 pixel groups.
