I want to buy this OLED Display:

Can I control this display with LCDinfo program, please?

You could write a driver for LCDInfo that uses the display as a mono display (front and back colors can be anything you choose that the display can produce). I'm not aware of any general purpose software that would take full advantage of color screens.
