i found a lcd and theres some Sanyo LC7941 chips and 1 LC7942 on it??

its 11 connector cable can i use it to my computer??

It might be that there's no controller and you'd need to get one to make it work. Can't say much without more information.

Ok, let's presume that it doesn't have the controller. First you need to find out which controllers support those driver chips. Some candidates could be SED133x, T6963C, HD61830... Then you need to get a controller somewhere and connect it with the lcd.
You can probably get a bare controller chip for something like ~10 eur, don't know (+shipping and other expenses). But that will also need other parts and SMD soldering + PCB preferably. There are also some ready made controllers but they are not very cheap usually.

So probably you will end up paying more than a new display with controller and it's not quaranteed that it will even work.
