Can anyone suggest a good resolution color LCD that can be interfaced to an LPC21xx ARM7 dev board? I'd be interested in a resolution higher than the 128x128 lcd provided by sparkfun. Thanks

Ya you can go for any TFT Color LCd with atleast 176x220 pixels.
Sony Ericsson phone LCDs are very bright and clear.
But you have to search for their pinot and controller chip.
better way to do is buy around 2-5 pcs from china LCD dealers from "alibaba.com".
but shipment cost will exceed 3 times your LCD cost. so check your balance first.
We are using a TFT 1.9" 176x220 LCD purchased form china.
its it very crisp and clear.
also programming is very easy.
you will get the datasheet for that LCD also if u purchase.

just see if you can afford that much.

Even i am also hunting for some Nokia color LCD datasheet so that we can get it from a local shop.

If you get any details about any Nokia Color LCD used in some mid range Nokia phones, do let me know.

I'm wondering if these displays are suitable for displaying video, or are too slow ?
