I've got this display and it should be 240x128, it have T6963c on board. I found 1 ?? 2 ?? 3 GND 4 VDD 5-12 D0-D7 13 WR 14 RD 15 CE 16 C/D 17 Halt 18 Reset and it have 16 pin touchpanel on it. Other sticker is labeled LSWBH4142A Pin 1 and 2 have about +5V against GND if I connect GND and VDD. So I think there is no DC-DC inverter on it. Who knows this display and V0=pin 1 or 2 VEE=pin 1 or 2 |
