Post subject: | Big LCD Nokia 9110 - pinouts |
Hello all, i found one old nokia communicator 9110. But it is totally dead, bcs it falls down into water. I decided to use the big lcd in my car mp3 player. I start looking for any information. I found whole schematics and service manual. And here is the pinout - for interested. PIN Value info 1,2 16-22V bias voltage, on connector marked with triangle 3 14,7 - 20,3V intermediate bias voltage 4 13,5 - 18,6V intermediate bias voltage 5 2,6 - 3,3V intermediate bias voltage 6 1,3 - 1,7V intermediate bias voltage 7,8 GND 9 2,7 - 2,85 logic supply voltage 10 70-100Hz frame pulse, 75us long H 11 0-3,2MHz data clock 12 0 - 3,4kHz AC modulation 13 0 - 44,5kHz line pulse, 870ns long H 14 LCD ON L=off, H=on 15 data3 leftmost pixel 16 data2 17 data1 18 data0 rightmost pixel for data levels: min 2,75V max 2,85V 0-0,5V blank 2,2 - 2,85V black according to service scheme The PDA LCD display circuit consists of the LCD display 4850049, logic and bias voltage filtering capacitors and an NTC resistor that is used to measure the temperature of the display. The voltage over the NTC is read by PDA SW via Phaser power supply ASIC and the information is used for contrast control of the display The PDA LCD interface is a typical black–and–white LCD interface with four data bits, pixel clock, line and frame pulse signals, AC modulation signal and enable signal. Logic and bias voltages are supplied by the Phaser power supply ASIC located in the PDA module thats all folks, enjoy and raise your skills i will try to control it |
