Please bear with me I'm an electronic newbie. Here are my noob questions.
I just wanna make it as clear as possible.
1) What are the value of R1 and R2 in order to get Vout = -6V ?
2) What is the value of Vin (Is it 12V or 5V?)
3) What is the value of voltage of C2 and C3 ?
4) According to the datasheet, this LCD is using Transflective EL Backlight
and grey mode stn positive. Do I need to modify the above schemetic to get the backlight working ?

Any help would be appreciate.
