Could smbd explain me the meaning of pin
FRM: Scan start-up signal.
As i understood at first, it's like a First Line Marker, but then i saught H (not H to L) as its level in the data****. Plz explain me how to control this pin!

Yes FRM, scan startup and first line marker should usually refer to the same kind signal. For the exact levels and it's timings for your exact display you should refer to your display's datasheet. |

But, speaking about datasheet - it's not quite clear for me  . Especially timings
