That schematic should work except that the display needs the external negative voltage like was explained in the thread.

do u know if i can buy a power supply which gives me negative voltage? it doenst matter if its expensive. because my electronic skills are poor. i can wire the display but that power thing with -21volts is to complicated i think

I'm sure you can buy power supplies for the negative voltage but at the moment I don't have any special one to recommend. Checking the websites of local electronics shops might reveal something.
