I just get a bunch of verifone's Omni 395 P.O.S. I was interested in the lcd, so disasembled one to see if it was a module, luckly it was. The module P/N is: LM7222SGLU The controller seems to be an thosiba T7933 (Datasheet) working with three toshiba T7932(Datasheet). Somewere over the internet i found this pinout: 1.- nc 2.- Vo Contrast 3.- RST reset 4.- CS3 Chip select, columns 101-150 5.- CS2 Chip select, columns 51-100 6.- CS1 Chip select, columns 1-50 7.- VLED Connected to VDD 8.- D7 9.- D6 10.- D5 11.- D4 12.- D3 13.- D2 14.- D1 15.- D0 16.- VDD Logic Power Supply 5V 17.- D/I 18.- /RD 19.- /WR 20.- GND I need help to put it to work, it's a nice lcd and my first real attempt to a graphic one, so any help would be really apreciated Also, any body know a good way to power a EL shhet for wacklight of another lcd? Thanks! |

Not very common display type. But looks like I have done something with a similar display as I found this: http://www.skippari.net/lcd/sekalaista/ ... 7932_2.png I don't remember if there was actual LCDInfo driver or just some test code. |

Sorry for the delay. I will try this circuit As I said, I have a lot of this LCD modules, If it would help you to develop a driver for them, perhaps I could send you one to experiment with, If you want. I don't know how much the shipment from uruguay to finland is, if it's not much expensive i send one or two. |

As I have put together that schematic I most likely have one of those LCD's already stored somewhere. So getting another sample piece probably wouldn't be of much help. Thanks for the offer though. If you send me email I'll make a quick search and see what I can find from the archives. It's possible that I have a LCDInfo driver .dll to give and maybe some example code. But those would be provided as is for now without guarantee that they work at all. I really don't remember what the status was with this display. |
