ok so my archos 604 broke so i have decided to use the screen on my computer as a secondary screen or as a CPU/fan controller n what not but it has 3 ribbon cables and i am completely lost how do i connect it to my computer some one please help |

Unfortunately sounds like this might be a bit too ambitious project for you. Of course if I have misinterpreted your message then please let me know. The first thing would be to get the datasheet for the display and then try to understand what it says. When you have some kind idea how the display works then there might be better chance of successful outcome for the project. I can tell that it requires some level of electronics knowledge and additional circuitry. So just connecting some wires won't work. |
