You can't do this in the 0.3.2 but changing the pin numbers is supported in current alphas.
I remember someone else also reporting about this with a Crystalfontz display and for some reason he had crossed the cs pins while wiring the display. Maybe there is something in the Crystalfontz pin layout that easily causes this. Also in some LiQuiD-MP3 version the CS1 and CS2 labels were switched in the config dialog. I don't remember if this is fixed in the latest.
The thing I'd recommend you do is switching CS pins in your wiring because when it works with LCDInfo then you have it like the wiring diagrams available here at lcdinfo.com.
