Hello!
i've been looking everywhere for a schematic to connect my 240x128 graphical LCD to my parallellport
it's controller is the toshiba T6963c chip
and here is the datasheet for the lcd!

the pinouts are:

1: FG (Frame Ground)
2: Vss
3: Vdd (+5V)
4: V0
5: WR
6: RD
7: CE
8: C/D
9: RESET
10: DB0
11: DB1
12: DB2
13: DB3
14: DB4
15: DB5
16: DB6
17: DB7
18: FS

can anyone please draw me a schematic or maby post a link to one!

But it's in German. The direct link to the schematic is http://mitglied.lycos.de/grafiklcd/bilder/schaltplan_varitronix.png. It works. I tested it with the same LCD.

You should change the value of R14, it's for the background light. You should use 22 Ohm.

where did you get the components?


At Reichelt (http://www.reichelt.de), it's a german shop.
