hi there !!
can anyone tell me if it iss possible to wire an HD44780 based 4x20LCD on com1-2/serial/RS232????? plzzzzzz help

need datasheed ore something

To connect parallel display to serial port you need some converter for it. Usually they are built of a microcontroller and some MAX232 equivalent to convert signals to RS232 levels.
There are several around the web and often they are called "backpacks" or something like that. You can also make your own.
