Hello everybody, I'm from HongKong. I've recently bought a Turly 128x64 Graphic LCD and found out that is controlled by KS1080. I can get correct display on a Dell Pentium III computer at my office. However if I hook the display on my computer at home (Epox 8RDA+), the display content is broken. Is it possible to connect my display to a USB-LPT adaptor for printer? http://www.bafo.com/bafo/productslists. ... uct_id=832 |

Usually this isn't possible. Some chips used in these converters would allow this if I understood the datasheets right but often the drivers don't. So you would probably have to write your own drivers for it. I don't personally have much experience with these converters but I don't remember anyone succesfully running lcd's with usb-lpt converters. If you are lucky the converter from the link might work but I don't think your chances are very good. |
