Looking at the datasheet it looks like it needs external controller to drive it. It's a 320x240 display so I think SED133x might be able to drive it.

Instead of you can prompt where it is possible to take a connection diagram.? 8O

I think the best suggestion I can give you here is use google or some other search engine and try to look for external lcd controllers using SED1330/SED1335 or some other chip.

Thanks but I not so understand in an electronics engineering therefore if there is a possibility to place links on schemes.
Thanks.

Building the external controller board is not the simplest thing to do and might be difficult to get working. If you're not experienced with electronics I can't really recommend this option. Also building the board might cost more than buing a new display with controller.

Here's some controller board but this one also includes more functionality than only the controller:

I remember there was some german site about building your own SED1330 board but can't remember the url.

Also SED1330 datasheet probably has information what is needed to make the chip work with some lcd display.

This isn't the site I meant but it is a good link to add in this thread anyway if you can buy controller boards there. ;)

The site I meant had complete instructions and schematics for building your own SED133x controller board and also some information about 320x200 displays. Maybe I'll find it someday.

Here's also something about building your own controller board:
