Check out the "Pin configurations" link.
The last 3 pins (43, 44, 45) of the cartridge port are for the GG TV unit (which also has a video-in on it apparently).
Read (scroll down a bit):

"it appears to me if you use pins 41 and 43 (or where they hook up on your GG rather) attach an RCA cable and boot, it'll just take up the signal from that....maybe."
Note the maybe, I don't think anyone has actually tried this yet

, I think the GG screen takes PAL input (presumably from pin 43), although most of the GG would probably have to be intact and working tbh. The GG screen also apparently supports RGB input, but again, there's little information on what the correct pins are, and the screen would still needs a separate controller.

The GG LCD is the Citizen UC-320. Good luck finding a data sheet for it though ;I
Composite Sync :
Vertical 59.92 Hz
Horizontal 15557 Hz
RGB signals have all the horizontal 15.555 KHz
The Vertical Frame driver IC ( the one alone ) has a impulse clock of ~ 7.8KHz...
THE LCD IS PAL COMPATIBLE...
