Post subject:  NoteBook LCD

Hi there, i have just disasembled my old notebook, an Epson ActionNote 4slc2-50.
For my surprice the screen uses 3 HD66205FC chips. The part number for the board is: HITACHI MDK 311V-0, it also said LMG5160XUFC-E.
It has al 18 pin connector on it.
Please, could anyone help, Im very interested on driving it, as it is a prety big lcd, it bould feet exelently on my modded case ;). Also if working, would it work whit lcdinfo or any other soft?

Most likely you need a controller for it. I'm not sure if some from the SED series would work or if more powerfull controller would be required.

If SED1330/SED1335 could drive it then it could work with LCDInfo. But being a notebook lcd it most likely is at least 640x480 so SED133x wouldn't support it.
