Does anybody know what the LCD driver/controller chip is for the Nokia 6510 (NPM-9)

Resolution is 96 x 65

I have the pin outs:

1. XRES
2. XCS
3. GND
4. SDA
5. SCLK
6. VDD1 1.8volts logic levels
7. VDD 2.78 volts supply to LCD voltage multipliers
8. VOUT measures ~8.1v

Unfortunatly my example is a block chip so there is no visable numbering.

Any help would be appreciated
