I did have the schematics for many nokia phones, but lost them in a hdd crash. The small display of 9110 is just like most others, based on pcd8544. The big display is directly controlled from the CPU, which is an enhanced amd 80486 processor with intergrated LCD controller. The big LCD is just bare LCD, you need a controller to use it. I remember once searching for a controller, that could control it, and someone else has asked about it in here. I'm not sure, if i came to the conclusion that sed 1330 could be used for controlling it. Anyway, that time henri answered that question. |
