First we should know the exact model of the lcd. Is the lcd itself made by Sanyo or is it only using Sanyo controller ?

Henry its almost the same pin configuration only differnce is that in my controller sanyo hd61830 there is not sign in some pins like on CS and few others.
Does this connectivity will work for my controller too? and can u send me some help material for its driver.

And you were referring here: http://forum.lcdinfo.com/viewtopic.php?t=548

Yes the basic connection is the same but your display may have the pins in different order. But when you can figure out the names and order of the pins in your lcd you can connect it following the pin names in that schematic. Also the negative voltage requirements and configuration may be different but we should have the datasheet for your lcd to know.
