I've been reading this forum from some time ago and now comes a question: I've got a Seiko G242C with this pinout ![]() I also bought a controller from MPI with SED1355 with this pinout in the connector to LCD ![]() and this in the connector to LPT ![]() So I don't have any experience in LCD and i wanted to know how to wire them! ![]() Thanks in advance! |

I've been reading info about LCDs, and now comparing the first two tables i get into a more direct question about the wiring! ![]() So I've done this table ![]() and the question is: Knowing that my LCD is a single power supply (+5v) that has a built-in DC/DC converter, and the contrast adjustment its the VO, where should i connect those pins marked with "?"? I hope someone could give me some help on this problem while I'll try to uncover the connection to LPT! Thanks |

Looks good. No need to connect the WF(M) pin. From SED>LCD do connect the corresponding Vo / VLC pins. From SED>LPT use a pot between Vo / VLC / GROUND as shown in the wiring schemes. |
