ive just spent a little while soldering up the lcd from an old 5110, when i remembered why i was allowed to pull it apart: the phone had been dropped in the pool. there is a single black line across the top of the lcd, is it likely that it still goes? |

In my experience... Try it... Most components are pretty much water proof. You parrallel port will survive almost anything you do to it with 5 volts, it's fairly robust... Just don't be surprized if it doesn't work. |
